The firm was initially started by C.A Jai Kumar Narsinghani in the name "Jai & Associates" in the year 1985, and now are rebranded it to Narsinghani & Associates in the year 2021.

Founded in 1985 in the name and style as Jai & Associates, Chartered Accountants, our firm has been a trusted partner in financial and business services for nearly four decades. Over the years, we have evolved to meet the growing and diverse needs of our clients, offering a wide array of services including taxation, auditing, equity valuations, and business consulting. Our comprehensive approach ensures that we provide tailored solutions to help our clients achieve their financial goals with efficiency and precision.

In 2021, as we continued to grow and expand our service offerings, we rebranded ourselves as Narsinghani & Associates, Chartered Accountants. This change reflects not only our growth but also our commitment to delivering even greater value to our clients through innovation and excellence.

CA by profession, Vivek is the Co-Founder of Narsinghani & Associates.
He has handled business advisory engagements like Due Diligence for a Real Estate & Seed Manufacturing companies.
Having experience & keen interest in the field of Corporate Valuations has worked with an Indian Multinational Conglomerate company & Healthcare companies.
Has developed and implemented management information systems framework for an IT/ITES company.
Has executed operational process audits as a part of risk advisory services for Supply Chain Management, Human resource management and statutory compliance.
Have performed audits across varied industries ranging from Real Estate, Pharma, Textile, Software etc.
N Jai Kumar
Co-Founder
He is a Financial and Management Consultant with 33 years of experience in Finance & Auditing and advising on management, Tax & regulatory services to SMEs and Large Corporate Houses.
His expertise extends to Project Management, Business Intelligence in manufacturing, designing and managing Business Processes, Procedures and Control Systems. He adapts with latest technologies and ERP softwares.
